Our Evolution: From Communications Infrastructure to Enterprise AI
MCHUAN was founded with communications intelligence at its core. We built high-concurrency, high-availability messaging and voice networks for enterprise customers, establishing the infrastructure foundation that still powers our platform today.
We established Manyun Technology and extended the compute orchestration and data-processing expertise developed in communications into industry applications, taking an early role in the advancement of intelligent agriculture in China.
Our communications SaaS platform reached maturity and entered a new phase of growth, with a product portfolio serving nearly 20,000 enterprise customers. In the same year, 5G Cloud Store supported nearly 1,000 benchmark digital-agriculture deployments—turning technology into measurable industry impact.
We began transforming MCHUAN into an AI-native enterprise, establishing a dual-engine strategy built on communications intelligence and agricultural intelligence. We launched an end-to-end agricultural AI platform and an intelligent communications orchestration system designed for tens of millions of concurrent interactions, embedding LLM capabilities into the core of our products and operations.
Our ambition goes beyond being an API provider. We aim to become core digital infrastructure for intelligent industries worldwide—making AI-powered communications and computing capacity as accessible and dependable as utilities.
